To qualify, your annual household income must fall within the applicable AMI limits (80% or 120%, depending on the apartment home), with a minimum income requirement of 24x the monthly rent. This landlord accepts rental vouchers.

Fees
Application Fee: $50 per applicant
Parking Fee: $150 for garage parking
Amenity Fee: $300 one-time at move-in
Pet Fee: $500 per pet (2 pet max.) plus $50 rent per pet per month
The following documentation will be required before your application can be processed:
- Five (5) most recent pay stubs or other proof of income (e.g., Social Security award letter, benefits letter, etc.).
- Six (6) months of bank statements if total household assets exceed $51,000.
- State-issued ID or passport and Social Security card for all household members age 18 and older.
- Birth certificate and Social Security card for all household members under the age of 18.
